I've been a consultant (Social Media/ Digital Production & Post Workflow) on a Web Show called INDIE ATL. (www.indieatl.com) and it's being picked up for distribution on Television. A full season order is in (12 Episodes) and my buddy Matt who produces the show is ecstatic. Big props to Matt for putting together such a great show.

Matt has produced several of the audio tracks I've shared here on GMC. He's a great audio engineer to boot. This show started small on youtube and got picked up. Another great example, of starting small, building an audience and moving forward. More details once the contracts are signed.

Here is a shot of the blog. DIY from the ground up.

I can't see the attached file but that sounds great. It's another example of the success that you can get with perseverance and hard work.

Sorry about that, here is a repost. It's just a screen grab of the shows blog. I got him started on social media with Youtube, and hootsuite and diving in to the insight/analytics and such and the show sort of blew up from there! Here is a link to the blog to check out some clips. They shoot everything in ful HD 1920x1080 and use LOGIC to record live via software. They shoot in the massive green screen room in the DAEL studio in Atlanta

Here is the link.

The first band mentioned on that indieAtl page was the topic of a thread here a few days ago. As I understand it, it showcases musical talent from the Atlanta area?

The focus of the show is on Atlanta Bands as well as National/International acts that come through town. Usually, a band will come by a near by radio station (Album 88, 100k Watts Servicing Atlanta/Metro) and then do a set @ Indie ATL. So it's a big part of the Atlanta scene but also works with touring artists when they come through town. Peter Buck of REM came through recently for example and he is both Atlanta based and National/International which was nice.smile.gif
