> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Good take, Ize.. not an easy solo at all. I think you have a good grasp of technical playing like this and your timing is always good. As always, my tastes mean that I focus on things like vibrato and bending.. so your vibrato could still do with some love from you ! wink.gif

It's really great to see you pushing yourself now as well ! cool.gif

Awesome take mate! Good tone and timing! You are a very technically accomplished player so, as Ben suggests, it's time for you to move to the next level - articulation! This take would be perfect if you would work more on your expressive side smile.gif bending and vibrato will do the trick, so polish them a bit for this one!

Good take man! I agree with Ben and Cosmin and I would add that you have to work on both hands synchronization in the faster licks. Keep on working hard as always! wink.gif

Great choice for the lesson. Some great melodic passages here. I think you did an excellent work, paying attention to every note, and practicing well. Just not 100% there yet, but it's very close.

Demanding piece and you beat him very well. I have objections on the first triplets part , and also some parts where you sounding incomplete a bit - as though you fear that you will not reach in time to the next part. Generally, very good !
