> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

hey dude, i'm so glad to see you doing a rec take specially because you picked one of my lessons for your first.

I like your attitude A LOT, you sure hit the strings and that's amazing, you are getting a fat/full tone from your strat, very nice job there, you just need to make the rhythm a BIT more tight and you got it.

I will give you an 8!, keep rocking man.

Woohoo! Congrats on your first REC! Very good take! Your hands mean business and your tone is mean! As Adrian said, if you gain a little more confidence in the keeping a steady groove, you'll nail this perfectly!

It think it sounds great. Single notes are well timed, but small problems with the full strumming motion. Try to relax your hand a bit more and strum with just a bit more force. It will sound awesome smile.gif
