A little falling out of rhythm in certain phrases (f.e.00:28), I have the impression that you are afraid that you will be late to the next section. Don't rush! Although it seems that the song is simple-but it's not exactly! In fact, you noted that the leading root tone syncopating often and that part you did very well,congratz! The take can be taken to perfection, if you should work on feeling the groove! Try to tap your foot to the ground and even nod your head to the rhythm. The things that need more work here are timing and tuning/intonation. As Sinisa explained, there are some minor problems with your timing, sometimes you are behind the beat, sometimes ahead. If you aren't sure how, try to be exactly on the beat that will work. In order to do this, you will need to practice this on lower tempos more.
