Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Nice take smile.gif! A little falling out of rhythm in certain phrases (f.e.00:28), I have the impression that you are afraid that you will be late to the next section. Don't rush! Although it seems that the song is simple-but it's not exactly! In fact, you noted that the leading root tone syncopating often and that part you did very well, congratz! A little effort and it will be perfect!

Hey there! I see the same finesse issue that Sinisa mentioned! The take can be taken to perfection, if you should work on feeling the groove! Try to tap your foot to the ground and even nod your head to the rhythm. The more you feel the groove of the piece, the more balanced you will play it!

Very nicely played, with an OK attitude, proper rocking tone and nice fretting and strumming.

The things that need more work here are timing and tuning/intonation. As Sinisa explained, there are some minor problems with your timing, sometimes you are behind the beat, sometimes ahead. If you aren't sure how, try to be exactly on the beat that will work. In order to do this, you will need to practice this on lower tempos more. Tuning is once again problem, and I advise you to tune your guitar properly next time, as it removes one grade point.
