Hey guys, so i'm thinking, it's normal for me to be attracted to arts in general, music is my thing i think but i also love painting, designing and specially photography and videography, is one of the things that i love.

So my question is, what else do you love or do besides music?

Here are some of my pics, just wanted to share smile.gif

Nice shots Adrian! Photography is an awesome world and I really appreciate and am glad to have a talented photographer and friend near me, who helps me out with shots for my bands and videos for GMC! Since I have a lot on my hands already, I have just enough time to appreciate other arts, but unfortunately not enough to start exploring them myself...

I really love cooking! biggrin.gif my mom is a great cook and if I would spend sufficient time in the kitchen with her I bet I could become pretty skilled myself. I can do stuff, but it's nothing compared to what she does laugh.gif

Otherwise, I love the art of making Japanese gardens (I own 2 bonsai and 2 ginseng trees biggrin.gif) the art of Japanese sword fencing (Iaido). There certainly is more, but these are the things which come to mind right now !

Never really managed to stay with one hobby long enough so it becomes a profession, except guitar, but part of my work is related to graphics, and I work and know Photoshop inside out, I draw with a graphic tablet, and really trying to advance in video editing too, specially animation.

Other then that, I like DIY projects, painting, renovating, design, arts in general are my thing. This doesn't mean I can't get technical tho laugh.gif

I grew up in the arts - my parents are glass artisans and when I was a kid, they were also in stage performance in San Francisco / Oakland theatres in plays like Kiss Me Kate, etc. I spent a great deal of my time in the lighting booth during practice nights, and I served coffee during intermissions! lol.

Here's my parent's glass art studio
http://www.kerseyglass.com

I grew up cleaning, moving and preparing glass for both the kiln and being sand carved and polished. My parents still run the business, though I took another path - working with your parents is difficult so I decided to take the computer route after high school smile.gif

My wife is a professional photographer as well. So I have plenty of artistic doors I frequent.

Chris

When my dog gave birth to pups I had 9 biggrin.gif so I raised 11 dogs for about 4 months, until I managed to find a home for each of the 9 pups and I'm happy that all of them were taken by friends and now they have grown as big as their dad biggrin.gif my big furry half breed german/ caucasian shepherd
