Well, I've played Ibanez for a while and I really like them. On the other hand if you can get your hands on an Ernie Ball Music man, those are really good for fusion, they are quite versatile in fact.

I don't know about SVs, but RGs are awesome. Comfortable, light, thin neck, and powerful humbucker tone. There are many models within the prestige (made in Japan) line, ranging from normal ones such as the 2570 to amazing ones such as the 4570 which has mahogany & maple top. Mind blowing.

I would agree with Daniel, I think you should check out Ernie Ball guitars, specially Music Man series in detail. You could like it more than Ibanez. Trying out Parker guitars would also be interesting. Kris has one and sounds great.

what about, maybe ,a inexpensive used RG that would allow for the new style but also if you didn't like it you would still have your gibson
plus you can never have enough guitars |

I've never tried the ernie ball guitars but they seem to be really good and versatile.. But I tried a PRS custom 24 and it's the most versatile guitar that I've ever tried... however they are very expensive, at least here in my country...

Well, it matters a bit if the average payment is like 2000e per month, and you can pay it on 5 monthly payments, but what if the average payment in the country is 400e, you would need to pay for it for 5 years

Hey Ivan! I live a bit outside of Stockholm, Sweden. If I decide on an Ibanez I will buy it new from a local store. They said they'd match Thomann's prices, which is pretty good for a "real" music store. If i go with an Axis I'll buy a used one (to fit the mrs' budget) and most likely not from a store. Hmm tough choice.. Can they order some other guitars from Thomann or something? oh go, i just felt depressed Try to look at it on the bright side (if possible) -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE
