I'm Jaco,

Ive been playing guitar for about 4,5 years now and got bored on real guitar lessons(the teacher was really good but not in the styles I like to play)

My gear:

Ibanez sa08ltd2 (blue)
Ibanez rgt42mdx (white)
some 38-year-old brandless strat (my dads but I play it)

guitaras spanish guitar
Fender cd-60 acoustic

Boss me-20
boss me-70
MXR distortion + (really old version)
boss cs-2 compressor

Line 6 spider III (120w)
Roland cube 20x

I play everything that appeals to me, it can be anything:P

greetings from The Netherlands!

Hi Jaco, welcome to GMC cool.gif

Yes, as you say, if it's not what you want to play then it's hard to keep motivated. I think it's always crucial to practice things you want to play, or will eventually use smile.gif

Welcome man!

You'll find a lot of different styles here,

But I think it's good to have stages, start with one style for one month, exhaust it and then move to the next one
