Hey guys,

Here is a new song of mine. Still work in a progress but i decided to share with you smile.gif Hope you like it. And i have a request can you help me how can start mixing this song? I'm new to mixing and it'd be great if you give me some opinions smile.gif Maybe some settings(compression,eq,reverb etc.) you use always before start mixing.

In general, things are going well on this one in terms of mixing, but the problem is in drum programming. Drums are repetitive, and cymbals are way to open in the arrangement IMO.

As far as the mix goes, I think it sounds pretty good man. Possibly the kick drum could be a bit more spotty, in the hid mids, the thump is there tho.

Cool tune man. I agree with Ivan about drums... I would also improve the Bass sound.. maybe trying a different VSTi or recording a real one.
