> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Brilliant take Nawak.. this is not an easy lesson to play because it demands a lot of presicion from your right hand. You did really well, though smile.gif

The only suggestion I have is to tighten up the riffs from 0:31 - 0:40.. just try and work on your left hand shifting a bit more. cool.gif

Very well played ! A few riffs are might not tight, but combination of riffing and strumming is almost perfect ! Hard work but you managed to finish it. wink.gif

VERY GOOD MATE! I am a big Lostprophets fan biggrin.gif by the way. I always liked Ian's approach on this lesson and the fact that he used to cover modern styles in here and he did a hell of a job on it as well!

Indeed tightness should be increased, but that comes with practice and focus to detail because I think your right hand stiffens up at some point and obstructs you from getting the best out of this take. Relax to get things done! Congrats again!

Very nicely played, good synchronization between the hands, and tricky is this lesson! smile.gif I agree with the guys, there are some problems with that riffing part in the middle, it should be more tight! Other then that, it's all very good! smile.gif

Great take man! I also love this lesson and enjoy the band. As the other guys said, you did a very good show and you are so near to get a flawless take. Concentrate in timing precision and you'll get it! smile.gif
