I just thought today that with Guitar Pro format Tabs available for the lessons here, that some people don't know about Tux guitar which is a free alternative that reads and saves to Guitar Pro format

Thanks much smile.gif I use GUTIAR PRO files in every one of my VIDEO CHAT lessons each saturday. This is a great FREE way to be able to read guitar pro files. Great share! I"m gonna add this in my FREE SOFTWARE thread in my forum as well.

Never used it, but yes, it's the first alternative to guitar pro which is commercial.
