'Twas coming up to Christmas, when all through the house. Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse; instead they where screaming and rocking their socks to the heavy metal music errupting for my pups!

Happy holidays everyone and wishing everyone a great rocking new year 2012! It's coming up quick.

My New Year's Resolutions for 2012:
1) Learn how to play the guitar. Always learn something new. This is neverending, but fun!
2) Get back my tan... oh our Christmas Time in New Zealand is summer break! It's beachs, chicks, surfing, chicks, musics, chicks, camping, chicks, and bbqs. Did I mention the chicks? Think crazy spring break but longer. tongue.gif
3) Quit smoking, oh i don't smoke, well umm take up smoking then quit?
(anyone got anything else to add...)

I've already got my main xmas present, JH Set Pickups for my ESP M-II. cool.gif
Here's some easy listening christmas music for you all, enjoy!

It's quite an easy to play song, just good alternative picking, dynamics and palm muting practice, however sounds kewl played against a backing track. I got the PodHD with the MP3 track input thru it and USB directly to the PC to record. It's this song here...

August Burns Red - Carol of the Bells:

I'm just playing the main guitar part. Kinda like this guy here (he probably did a better job), I pretty much followed this:
