Hey there,

I just registered as a member of GuitarMasterclass.net and want to shortly introduce myself.
My name is Torsten, 38, I am from Hiddenhausen,Germany and on my way learning the guitar. I learned the first chords about 4 years ago in a group course that did not take ma very far. Due to lack of time (and money) for a teacher I now play for myself and try to learn out of books, DVDs and online lessons. My main problem is to practice and advance structured.
Maybe the lessons from the Beginners Corner are the ones for me, we´ll see.
The REC Program seems to be interesting maybe I´ll post a take soon rolleyes.gif

So, until then, hope I´ll have a lot of fun here and ROCK ON!!

Maajong

You're at the right place. The price is far from unfair with all the lessons and features you get. You made the right choice. wink.gif Welcome to GMC! Hello from the USA!!

Hello Torsten, welcome to GMC ! smile.gif

I definitely recommend working through the Beginner's Corner.. even if you don't post REC's or even master them, you can still progress enough to start working on other things too.

If you need any help with anything, you can ask any of us any time.. or just post questions here in the forum smile.gif

hi! welcome to GMC!

I agree with Ben, you don't have to have the lessons mastered to be on the REC program, in fact, you will get more out of the REC program if you submit unmastered lessons, cause you'll get feedback in the process

Hi friend! Welcome to the site! You did a great election now. smile.gif The beginner's corner series are the best way to start here. Feel free to ask us (the instructors) if you need some guidelines to develop your own routine.

Check out the bottom of the homepage for a detailed schedule on all the sessions! Mine is usually happening each Thursday at 8 PM London time! TOday we shall start a course on modes! smile.gif

If you are fond of learning quick licks (all levels, techniques and genres) check out 'Cosmin's Lick Workshop'

https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=42300

I am posting a new lick each week and you can have a go at trying it and playing it your own way biggrin.gif I'll be around for assistance of course wink.gif

Hey thanks for the warm welcome here, cool to have some German guys here too, even only about 10 km away from my place (Moin Mad tongue.gif ).

I will try to make my way through the Beginners Corner and then...we´ll see!

To add it, I like Rock, Blues(rock), some Metal kind of stuff and I play a SG Copy by Westone, have another (very, very cheap) Tele Copy which was my first e-guitar, and if I play some chords for my little daughter I have my Acoustic by Cort.

So till then, see you in the forums!
