Hi, got some problems with recording a backing track.
When i have saved it, (I use save target as) and open it again, i get som error message, that the drums wont sound the same or something like that.

They dont sound at all.
So If I close reaper, and open the track again, you can hear the drums again.. but sometimes they sound a bit weird.

Also, when reopening a project, how do you get Ez drummer to run in reaper again? Pressing the green FX button didnt work for me.

So my problem is that my track gets messy If I save it and start working on it again.

Cheers

The following effects were in the project file and are not available. REAPER will keep their configurations, but things may not sound as desired.

Track 1: VSTi: Dfh Sampler (x86) (Toontrack) (16 out)
Track 3: VSTi: Dfh Sampler (x86) (Toontrack) (16 out)

I have had this problem. Before. Ohhh...I can't remember what the problem was. Let me think a minute. sad.gif

Hey, um, make sure your plugins folder (VST) is the same where your EZdrummer is.....
Why did you ''save target as''? Or do you mean Save Project As?
I do know that when you first load a project the drums have to load first, but you said the thing is giving you and error..like you don't have a set of drums. What version of Reaper do you have? 32 or 64 bit?

This is what I would do: make sure your plugins folder is right first. Then open a new project in reaper. Insert virtual instrument on track and select your EZdrummer. Then press Ctrl+S (if on PC) or just simply go to File and Save Your Project. Name it something..i dunno...test. X out of the program Reaper and then load up Reaper again. It should load everything up again. Have you tried Googling your error?

The following effects were in the project file and are not available. REAPER will keep their configurations, but things may not sound as desired.

I always Google stuff and most of the time it helps me.

May need to adjust the wet knob on the EZdrummer interface. Turn it down maybe. Probably too much output.
