Hours of Wealth - great track from a great album. There's a whole Opeth album dedicated to stripped down, chilled out music called Damnation smile.gif

God Is An Astronaut has some pretty "chill" stuff, not exactly like Opeth but the mood is right.

oh, I love God is an Astronaut. Walking in the direction of post-rock, Callisto is one of my favourites. It is a fair walk away from Opeth though, but maybe you'll like it.

Opeth has been my favourite band for some time now. I can recommend a similar band, named Agalloch(my second favourite). They are amazing. I have all their albums and a huge collection of very similar music, so if you need some recommendations, PM me.

hehe, little off topic side track here, but since you mentioned opeth, i can't help posting this:

It's Michael Akerfeldt, singer/guitarist from Opeth. Couldn't stop laughing the first time I saw it.

That was very cool... almost like a tighter, better produced Bathory in places smile.gif

Indeed. They are from Portland, Oregon. Their music is a mix between Folk, Shoegaze, and Black Metal. I cannot pick a favourite album by them and they are in constant rotation on both my record player my ipod/itunes.
