Hi everyone !
My name is Maxime Carbonneau, I'm from Québec, Canada. I just won my one year subscription via a Facebook post ( http://www.facebook.com/guitarmasterclass/...365002313541918 ). I was looking at GMC for almost 2 year, but I couldn't afford subscribing. I've been playing for 3 years now, but I was learning guitar at school, so everything I learned was basic chords, some barre chords, hymn to joy, and things like that. Last year, I was bored of playing the same old things, so I learned some harder songs and then I discovered the amazing world of guitar. I love listening to Metal and Classical. I don't know why, but I love both  . My favorites groups are Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Ensiferum, Kalmah, Children of Bodom, Wintersun, Imperanon, Hammerfall, System of a Down and I'll stop here.I'm not a professional guitarist, I'm now learning 3 string sweep picking and palm muting on every strings. I know many members of GMC, Kris, Thefireball, Ben, Todd, Superize, Ivan, Gabriel, Cosmin, Muris... Well I thinks thats all I need to say, Thanks a lot for the subscription ! I recently bought a Line 6 Spider IV amp, but my guitar is kind of "crappy". It's a Fender Stratocaster Replica, but I'm really interested in a B.C Rich Warlock, I tried one and it was really cool ! At the moment, I have nothing to record myself except an Ipod, so I don't think I will be able to record myself with this.
