> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey Chandra! Nice take man smile.gif aside from that bend at 015, which was a bit under the tone, I don't think there's anything technically wrong here smile.gif you can of course polish it to give it more flow and consistency, but hey, vibrato is a skill which is some sort of red wine - the older it gets (sustained by practice of course wink.gif), the better tongue.gif

Hi Chandra, I'm just hear for scoring as we've talked about it in the Bushido thread. I'm going to have to be extra harsh due to the pitch of the bends, but that's the only reason why. I know you said this was just to show some progress so I know you can deliver even better than this and I look forward to it. smile.gif

Hi man! This is a really good take, excepting for the bending. Your timing is perfect and your vibrato is also very good so concentrate on your bending technique. You are working with Ben so I think that you are already on good hands.. smile.gif
