Very cool ! Big American sound smile.gif

This is music for a nice sunny day, cruising in a V8 loaded pickup truck, on my way over to Mudbone's to shoot some beer cans in the woods !! cool.gif

Yes, his riffing tone is always killer. I remember the first time that I heard Alter Bridge, I was blown away by the guitar sound.

I remember seeing the "Open Your Eyes" and looking at my Dad and asking him to teach me how to play.

It was incredibly unpredictable and it still blows many solos out of the water in my book.

He developed his skills in time, after Creed became famous smile.gif compare his solo from 'With arms wide open' with the Alter Bridge era stuff. You'll notice MAJOR progress in touch, articulation and phrasing! I'm a big fan! biggrin.gif

I was thinking the same thing actually!

There is just this obvious difference in his play style between Creed and Alter Bridge.

I'd be interested in hearing a new Creed album with his more developed playing skills. Granted, it will probably sound the same as Alter Bridge, I still think it would be interesting.

I was exited about this album and also about the third by AB but for any reason I haven't listened to them more than 1 or 2 times... while I listened the previous ones by both bands lots of times.
