This is a backing track channel I just discovered. Normally I wouldn't bother bringing this up, but He has a video on C Phrygian that I just finished jamming along to and not only was I able to discover the formula for Phrygian, but I also memorised the mode formation.

Try some of his backing tracks. Who knows, maybe they will be just as educational for everyone else here.
