Hey Gab, here is 3 link to my video of what you ask me to play.
Alternate picking for now at 80 bpm
The legato exercices is in progress
and the last 2 exercices is ok i think.
I recording that fast but it gives you an idea.

So i need new exercices
I will continue to check what ive got misery
but i need new stock cause i will get insane if i continue that...

Hi mate! Very good job with this lessons! I can notice that you have been working VERY hard! The three lessons still need days of practice but you've learnt them well. I think that it's just a matter of days to incorporate the tunes and feel more comfortable with them.
I also think that we are ready for new lessons... what techniques would you like to continue working or add?

Hey thank's for your comments. But i realize that i can 't pratice each days with my 2 bands. But i play guitar each days. For what i want to learn i'm not fixed so shoot me what you think and if it's not what i want i tell you. If i need your help for creating solo's with my band are you agree to help me??? So gives me anything to learn. I need to increase my speed and all the techniques are useful to know so... you're the boss!!!

yes, it's a lot of work. I recommend you to add just one lesson per time to your routine. Don't work on every new lesson at the same time. Keep the older ones and start slowly with one of the new ones.

Im a electricien and repetitive mouvement give me some problem we call that tenis elbow but i'm not sure so...no work and no guitar for a while...
