Youtube's First Guitar Hero?, Inspiring

Before I seen this video, I was naively under the impression that only the really famous guitar players were amazingly talented, and that they had some special quality that other people just don't have. After seeing this rather average person destroy that guitar with stunning technique, I realized that the only special quality that all the guitar heroes have is dedication. Not easy to do that stuff on a Strat either, those things are as dry as a bone (in my experience) He plays in front of the beat quite a bit though, especially in the main riff.
