Did you know that their name used to be Burn the Priest? They changed their name because people thought they were a satanic metal band and because their line-up changed.

Personally, I think that someone from Richmond Virginia, who is stupid enough to step foot in a relatively small east European country with the potential to face a manslaughter charge, should be kept incarcerated so he can't reproduce, Genetics that stupid should not be passed on.

Judging by the fact that the Czech Republic never called for his incarceration while he was here in the states, there is a very high possibility that he had no idea that would happen.

Yeah I think this was sprung on him without prior knowledge.

Mark Morton actually wrote that song laugh.gif

I read in an interview with Guitar World Magazine that he and Randy got into a series of Fistfights and so he wrote that song to tell Randy to **** Off. Their friendship deepened after that because Blythe understood that the song was about him, but he still went out and performed it awesomely. I might still have that issue lying around somewhere... The only other thing I remember is that Mark and Willie taught a lesson on how to play 'Walk With Me In Hell' in that issue. It was a good one!

It's curious when this happens in a band. A song that is composed based on a bad moment lived by two members, and then both ones have to play it, even when the problem doesn't exist anymore.

Yeah, and maybe now they should change their name to Lamb of Satan !!

They where originally named 'Burn The Priest', however the name 'Lamb of God' with the goat head (Goat of Mendes) is an insult/mock to the death of Jesus. They use images of Anton LaValey, leader and founder of the Church of Satan and author of the satanic bible. Also using his 'Satanic Salute'. They use upside burning pentagram logos - which are meant for raising up evil spirits / demons / the footprint of the devil. There original albums includes 'Agents of Satan' and was banned in certain places. Lyrics repeat the words - "deny his life", "father we forsake you", "smite the shepherd and the sheep", "amazing degrace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me", "you giveth, i taketh away", etc. Taking bibical statements in a anti-religous way, etc. They don't call themselves satanic, but take your guess...

As for being arrested, nothing a little money won't get him out of, he doesn't look remorseful or respectful at all to be honest. However, whos to judge, it looks like a major accident that could happen to anyone. All the best for him.

Blythe wasn't really doing much there.. you can't physically lift and throw the guy with one arm like that, especially with no body motion as leverage. It was a combo of the security guy behind the fan and the fan also seemed to be stumbling towards the end of the stage too..

Could be wrong. That's what it looked like. Maybe Blythe really is The Incredible Hulk..

Errmm...I was trying to be sarcastic here unsure.gif

And yeah I totally agree what you said right there. But I'm still really curious about that "pusher guy". Why there's not still info about him ?!?

Exactly, he doesn't seem to do too much strength with his arm when he pushes the guys, ever the security guys seems to push it a bit stronger. Basing on this video, the accusation isn't fair. sad.gif

I am 99% certain that he is security. Which kind of makes this whole thing ridiculous. I am sure it will come up in the trial.
