Yeah. It has been blown out of proportion, though. Arsenic is an organic byproduct of apples and grapes(it is a main compound in the seeds of these fruits) so it really shouldn't be able to hurt people. It isn't as if the companies are intentionally putting it in the juice.

Consumer Reports tested 88 samples of 28 apple and grape juice store-bought brands. Of these, about 10% had arsenic levels that were above 10 ppm(Parts Per Million). Apple juice ranged from 1.1 ppm – 13.9 ppm while grape juice ranged from 5.9 ppm – 24.7 ppm

People are going crazy because the EPA has set a limit of 0.01 parts per million (ppm) for arsenic in drinking water; and there is far more than that in the aforementioned juices.

They found that some of the PPM's are inorganic which some people are concerned about, but we have been drinking these juices for a long time and people haven't had to deal with arsenic poisoning from the consumption of any of them. I wouldn't worry about it.
