Thought I'd share a classic wink.gif smile.gif

Here's Led Zeppelin's version of Babe I'm Gonna Leave you Love this song Awesome acoustic guitar playing from Jimmy Page, everything was there, chord arpeggios, a lot of them Great acoustic lead playing, and some rock stuff, with heavy power chords Accompanied by some great singing, lyrics and a little aggressive drums (at least for the time )

This is what I mean when I say acoustic guitar playing. I'd love to do a cover of the song, and if I could get the vocals done too, some really high notes by Robert Plant there, which I admire a lot So much so, that I tried to change my voice in my late teens (which is right about now ) to get it a bit higher, don't know how successful was I, that's for you guys to judge

Enjoy the song biggrin.gif

I just learned this song a couple weeks ago! Here are the tabs I used. They are spot on!

I think Page was learning Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata when he wrote this song. There are quite a few uncanny similarities as far as chord shapes and voicings are concerned. Either way it is a great song.

Heal her now...

All the elders have fallen down...

Heal her now...

Turned to me
And spoke:

Light the fire deep inside.

No problem! 911tabs is owned by ultimate-guitar.com

The great thing about 911 is that it is a search engine for guitar tablature. Whether you want guitar tabs, drum tabs, bass tabs, guitar pro, or power tab files, they tend to have all of those formats.
