Also! I should note that I was a very horrible runner! I had heart problems due to my doctor giving me the wrong dosage of sleeping medication. It put me in the hospital frequently in my teens and I only just recovered about 9 months ago. I became so sick I lost 36 pounds in four days when I was 15 and have only been gaining weight for the last year or so.

Trust me, the C25K plan is the best way to start running again.

Your doctor gave you the wrong dosage and you had heart problems ??? ohmy.gif

Compensation ?? Surely ? I hope so !! biggrin.gif

No. Apparently, I am one of the unlucky .5% that have an opposite reaction to the medication. My heart rate increases and my nervous system springs to life as opposed to the other way around. The great part about it, though, is the fact that my endorphins work much faster than the average persons now.

All the time my father would have had to spend in court for a malpractice lawsuit wouldn't have been worth it. He would have missed out on a lot of work.
