Essentially it says all the "Saxons" (E.G. Germans) Were invited over as mercenaries, eventually demanded some place called KENT in southern England, then spread like a plague and pushed back the "Britains" to what is now called WALES. Wales, in the Saxon tongue, means "Stranger". So the Germans pushed the Britains back in to Wales and decided they were now English which is why we call them "Anglo Saxons", get it? English/Saxons. Wow.

And that is why Ben insists that there are no german metalbands except for the Scorpions.
All other bands are british.
As I said in another thread, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden were german bands once.
Karl-Konrad Dornbirn (better known as KK Downing), Robert Hallenfort, Adrian Schmidt, David Müller, Stefan Harstein...all awesome german musicians who became british citizens.

"Die Judaspriester" and "Die eiserne Jungfrau" were great german bands!

Yep. Your right on that but for us proper Brits or should I say Brythonwyr in Wales tongue.gif I think some are also in Cornwall too. But I think the Royal family is actually German blood but changed their name and sort of kept their ancestry quiet because of the WORLD WAR 1.

I'm of Saxon descent. Our family can trace our ancestry back to sometime just after the Battle of Hastings which was in AD1066. That's when we first show up in records. I don't think I got the pillaging gene though.
