Oh man.... I keep away from the forums for 18 hours, and so much happens laugh.gif

Christian, amazing video.. I laughed a lot. I'll use the trick when I take part in a collab smile.gif Let me get my laptop and some cable or something else to connect my guitar to the laptop smile.gif

THE SUIT! Yes indeed biggrin.gif

Should I try wearing a suit while shooting a lesson in the future? smile.gif

Yes, I'll try to get in the vid too wink.gif We'll both wear suits tongue.gif laugh.gif I love wearing suits tongue.gif laugh.gif Some say I look cool in a suit cool.gif

LMFAO! that was genuinely hilarious! laugh.gif comedy gold, dude.
although, slightly worrying just how much I identified with most of those characters!
classic stuff biggrin.gif

Thanks my friend biggrin.gif Haha...yeah, I didn't really have to invent these characters, I just played myself laugh.gif

QUOTE (Gabriel Leopardi @ Aug 2 2012, 03:22 AM) *
hahaha I love it!! Great video mate! Thanks for inviting me to participate. smile.gif

Thanks for taking part in this biggrin.gif

QUOTE (Todd Simpson @ Aug 2 2012, 04:24 AM) *
Nice! Really funny and entertaining smile.gif Is this your first comedy/sketch vid? I'd say keep making them to hone your craft! The pacing could be a bit tighter for comedy and maybe a background music track/sound fx for emphasis etc. But all these things are just little bits that happen as you go. There are tons of great sketch comedy guys on youtube. Find one you like and maybe email them and hit them up for their secret sauce tips!

Thanks Todd! It was indeed my first try at comedy, though all of my friends keep saying I should become a comedian...though I'm more of a spontaneous comedian. But it was fun shooting the vid, so there might be more in the future wink.gif

Oh man, this is just Brilliant !! Christian you deserve an award for that ! Your presentation skills are natural.. love it ! cool.gif
The suit really plays, man ! biggrin.gif

Thanks Ben, yes I'm a natural presenter laugh.gif I'll make sure to wear my suit and my Demon Slayer costume more often in collab videos wink.gif

Once I even won a GMC competition because I threw in crazy train laugh.gif Kris wrote me back then "The way I was able to sneak in a classic rock riff made this a winning take" laugh.gif

And yes Slav, I used it in the last couple of Ben's collabs. I will also use it in the 90's collab, since it's in F#m biggrin.gif

And as I announced on facebook:

Starting this september, I will not use this riff again in a collab!
So you guys will have to carry on for me.
I will however use it in every collab in August and hereby declare this August the official Crazy Train month here at GMC! tongue.gif

Hi guys!

And yes...the rumors are true! I finally reveal how you can record awesome collaboration takes, even when you have no inspiration at all.

I don't wanna spoil this once in a lifetime experience, so I will just say:

Thanks to my special guests biggrin.gif

Enjoy!

Christian

Do you think that once you've got everybody to use Crazy Train that you will turn your attention to another classic rock/metal riff and try to use that in every collab as well ?? smile.gif

I just said I will never use the riff again, starting this september.
I can not confirm to use another classic riff.
I will not deny it either tongue.gif
