QUOTE (Smikey2006 @ Mar 10 2008, 02:55 AM) *
so basically my friends came to me and said.. GUESS WHAT MIKE WE GOT A GIG AT A LOCAL HIGHSCHOOL WANNA PLAY GUITAR!?.. of course i said yes.. they said great, the song is Paradise Lost by Symphony x.. .. basically its either play this song or play Come Sail Away by Styx.. ... i really want to play this song.. and i can basically play the whole thing until the solo.. now anyone who knows the solo in this song knows that it is very melodic but at the same time has these very fast tapping parts.. and i just can't handle em sad.gif and now im sad because instead of playing a monster melodic metal song.. im left having to settle with styx sad.gif

Change the solo so you can still play the song smile.gif

A "friend" of mine has ripped me off for tonite, at the last minute he said he won't come with me at George Lynch's concert and nobody else's gonna come so I have to go alone! mad.gif
Hope I'll get fun anyway. I never went to a concert alone but this time I just can't renounce for such a stupid reason.

I have a medical condition and was ill over XMas because of it. This resulted in a lot of consultation with medics and with my health provider/insurer. Just received notice in the post (to formalise our discussion) that my insurer/provider wants to terminate my cover as my condition - which they knew of as I declared it when they agreed the policy - is now costing them money. My policy has cost me a substantial premium because of the declared medical condition. Seems to be little I can do to stop them terminating it sad.gif .
