Marcus Siepan hasn't recorded another lesson. The architect is trying to make me eat about $20k in EIFS paint because he screwed up and approved an EIFS color that does not match the cast stone on the building. I have documentation on my side as he's just an old fart playing games, but it's a pain to have to deal with and take a black eye for no reason because he refuses to take responsibility for his design.
