> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Uh-oh, The Hef must have had his Bratwurst because he's gone on another REC spree !! biggrin.gif

Another good take man, just some hesitant fingering on that main lead lick and the changes to the octave chords were a bit 'on the edge' but I shall let it pass because the overall energy and timing were definitely punk enough !! wink.gif

Felt punk to me! smile.gif good energy and aggression here which is what the track needs. There is a bitar time index :40 where your stance is perfect but your fingers get slippery for a bit. But on the whole well done!

Punk enough for me as well smile.gif Small timing issues, but nothing which can trigger any alarm bell. Like all your REC takes, you need to focus on timing a bit more - groove developing is what your aim should be for some time now. If you overcome this hurdle, the skills you acquire will be reflected in your playing as a whole!

Good playing mate! As Cosmin said, the overall is good but you have to adjust your timing to take your playing to a new level. I think that you could achieve it easily if you focus and concentrate on that. Keep on working hard! smile.gif
