> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate! This lesson is GREAT for practicing bends. You are not reaching the correct pitch in most of the bends so I suggest you to isolate each one and compare the pitch that you get bending with the note that you should reach. Try to incorporate that sound into your mind before you play the whole thing. Before that you should add some vibrato.

Hey korblitz! I like the fact that you are a hard working dude! As Gabe stated, this lesson is good for practicing bending and you could get to good results, as soon as you will reach all the correct pitches of the notes smile.gif

Try to analyze where each bend is actually going and play that note in its original place on the fretboard and then bend UP TO IT from the place where it's played from in the actual lesson!

All the best and let's rock this one!

You did well but the your bending is a problem! The reason why this is happening is because you don't feel the neck yet and don't have enough muscle memory to do perfect pitch bends!
I would suggest to practice this lesson at a slow tempo and really work on every single bend! You will get much better results if you have a full control over your hands! smile.gif
