> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi Man, good to see you posting ! smile.gif

Ok, this was a solid take although your trills could be a bit clearer and the last 3rd of the solo could be tighter in terms of timing. Overall, though, very good smile.gif

I think you did a great job! It is a beginner lesson and you hailed it!
A few things here and there but in general it was very well done!
I liked it a lot!
Try to work on the last part it sounded a little shaky! Maybe use a metronome and play it a few times at a slow tempo!
Keep up a good work!

Hey there smile.gif Nothing more to add aside from what the guys have said, but also take care at the bends - there was one at leas where you were a bit under the tone. Nothing to worry about! Just practice slowly and carefully!

Hi mate! Nice take! There are some thing to improve on this one, (the guys already talked about it), so pay attention to those things and keep on practicing this one for some time. You are very close to master it. Well done! wink.gif
