In that price range I'd look for an Epiphone

I told my brother that this Amp is great : http://www.leboncoin.fr/instruments_de_mus...003.htm?ca=15_s And he wants that guitar : http://www.leboncoin.fr/instruments_de_mus...488.htm?ca=15_s What do you think of these two choices ? Your guitars are way too expensive (300$ = around 270€), he wants amp and effects with that price. Thanks a lot guys ! Your proposals helps me a lot for chosing the good one

If you have a little money left over for like a boss Ds-1 distortion pedal then I think he'll be set. Not sure about that Ibanez model? People seem to not be reading the original post? He was asking for suggestings for
"guitar, amp, some pedalswitches perhaps." so offering up a $300 guitar doesn't leave any room for an amp Sadly  If you are looking an entire setup for around that price, you are going to have to compromise.
