Hey guys!! I was wondering who is going to the new G3 that includes Joe Satriani, John Petrucci and Steve Morse??

They will be doing two gigs at Luna Park Stadium, in October and I will be going to one of these concerts. biggrin.gif I'm anxious to see John and Steve jamming together since Steve has been a big influence for John. I think that it's a cool combination...

don't get me wrong, this is all awesome and blah, but I still think It's quite overpriced (70€ or sth over here?)
I'd really like to attend stuff like that but the financial aspect is kind of a big deal if you still have no real constant income (studying) and already got plenty of concerts to go on your list.

nowadays ticket prices are increasing anyways <.<
hard to find some more well known stuff below 30-40€ish (which is still ok imo), not talking of the ridiculous prices of some mainstream pop stuff (also bout 70-80€)

You might get really nice stuff for that money, but I'd only visit sth like that if I love ALL of the content there.
(mentioning there are small festivals for that price that feature some awesome bands and you've got far more content to discover)
May visit some future tour, if the lineup matches (morse and petrucci coming quite close).

anyway have fun guys, and maybe post some review here wink.gif
