Hello! I am very happy you have decided to join my theory mentoring program!
I have a few questions before we will start!
-What are your goals?
-What is your weakness?
-What is your strongest point?
-Your favorite guitar players?

Awesome! Well the whole jazz is based on II - V - I progressions and if you will learn how to play over one you will be able to play over all of them!
I have II - V - I progression in E minor
So the chords are:
Emi7 - A7 - Dmaj7
http://soundcloud.com/alex-feather-akimov/ii-v-i-jam
So I would like you to play a short maybe 8 bar solo using:
E dorian scale

For the first assignment you can use any of those positions!
Let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything!
