The old fashioned skipping ropes will be ok but they won't move through the air as efficiently so you won't be able to get the same speeds happening. Plastic speed rope is really light smile.gif

You're welcome !

I just finished my jump rope session. I didn't do it earlier in the day so I had to do it in the dark because the lights in the shed don't work ! I heard a noise that scared the crap out of me and then I realised it was fireworks from the neighbours next door ! laugh.gif

About that... last evening, I was all by myself and getting ready to go to bed when suddenly, my phone went bonkers and an alarm started. Needless to say I jumped 1 foot high before realizing I had forgotten the alarm on at a silly hour! laugh.gif

To loose the most, you got to work your big muscles, arms and especially legs.

I want to loose around 5 kilos and just rowed on a machine 10 kilometers, and then I wanted to do so heavier stuff, with my own bodyweight.
But man those blisters in my hands killed the exercise, and I stopped after 3 minutes.

So If you go rowing far, first get some gloves or something biggrin.gif

Man I am finally going home today! Yesterday went to a tattoo shop in New York and it is so expensive just to do retouch??? Do you guys had to do it and how much was it? I thought it should be cheaper to just color it over the same tattoo!

I have a few tattoo artists as friends and they could surely make a good job out of anything, but I honestly don't know how to compare prices, so I was curious if you could tell me what sort of price did they give you?

the place near me charge by the hour so it doesnt really matter if its a new tat or a cover-up etc. Last time I was in ( about a year ago ) it was between £80 - £100 english pounds per hour.

Oh man.... there's no getting around the fact that tattoos is an expensive hobby ! wink.gif

I'm always amazed at all the pics of these bands full of 19, 20 yr old guys who have full arm sleeves and chest pieces etc.. how are they affording that and how early did they have to start affording that because we all know how you've got to find the time to get these things done..

To redo my dragon will be $800! Which is a lot cause it is only one color! It is a big tattoo maybe 10 packs or so! But still!
