I think that you could check all these ideas and keep the ones that you like more, work a bit more on them, produce the tracks, add more instruments, arrangements and release your album. There are many cool ideas there but it's a bit difficult to enjoy because of the quantity of highs in your tone. What amp (or emulator) are you using for your guitar? You don't need too much distortion to get a powerful metal tone. The only thing that you get adding to much distortion is to lose clarity in your tone.
