This is just outright ingenious. Some years ago a Bavarian politician (at that time the governor) gave a speech that was so brain-dead that it became instantly famous. A young German drummer used the speech now as a rythmic pattern blueprint for a song. Even if you don't understand what the politician tries to say, it is still a fun piece of music
