> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hello smile.gif Really cool take, nice tone and general impression, but...you have to work on intonation - some bends are out of tune slightly. You should also work on timing, especially when you hit your tremolo with your right hand (flutter effect). However I really like your playing and phrasing smile.gif
Cheers,

Piotr

Hello there mate! Piotr's lesson is amazing and even though it might not seem as being that difficult, it's more difficult than many lessons based on other techniques, because intonation and expression are not something which can be learned by mechanical exercises. You must adjust your ear and hand on some very delicate and fine details. I suggest you should try and record your take alongside the original recording and see the differences once you are done - it's the easiest way to spot the places in which you are a little out of pitch. Keep up the good work!

Cosmin

Hi mate! I have nothing to add to what Cosmin and Piotr said about this lesson. Work on those things and you will get a 10 soon!
Keep on the good job! wink.gif
