Good Classical Nylon String Guitar?

I don't know...But I live in Spain and I think there are some of the best Luthiers(for classical/Spanish) in the world here. If You have a possibility try to check for "Esteve". I had few of them in my hands and this is how classic guitar should sound even though it costs somewhere between 400-500$. Thery really have some naturally dried wood (not for 40 years of course but few years is better than machine drying). You won't be able to find out about woods quality at the music shop. Time will show after a few months o using Your new guitar. The worst thing in cheap classic is the lack of low midrange. You might be fooled by the brightness of cheap guitar sound but whole the sustain and toe basic notes are mostly in the low midrange. Esteve got it all. It was quite reasonable on price as I remember. I have had a Yamaha similar to the one described and I liked it as well. Really, Your fingers will tell you the most. Try to take a trip to a place where you can try a few. I realize this is not always easy. The most important is that they play nice and that you feel comfortable and like their sound. I wouldn't say any particular factory/country of production is better.....some "rule" about the budget/price I found out before when checking out acoustics was that nicer models seem to start from 300-500 euros and that bellow that price range everything sounds almost the same. In the mid range, the guitars can be pretty similar and sound quite a bit alike. The most important bit is that you like how it plays and sounds. The Yamaha stuff is factory made and thus not that expensive on the low/mid range and the quality is pretty nice. For new instruments I'd always say don't overspend. Spend enough to get a nice guitar but don't think you have to pay 1,000 Euros. Its probably the cheapest guitar out there and there is nothing amazing about it - yet it plays really nice and I had a great time learning on it.
