I used to hear this band a lot. They have really powerful riffs and the singer is killer. Thanks for sharing their new music. I'm now checking the first track.

Video is blocked for me due to copyright restrictions sad.gif But SEVENDUST RAWKS!!! They are Georgia Boys from my home town of Atlanta. Along with STUCK MOJO and MASTADON who ended up doing pretty well!

Mastadon is killer band. It's been great to see good music coming out of the Hard Rock/Metal scene here in the south. It's very small scene hear but it's certainly intense. The fans here are a pretty hard core lot who just love heavy music. There is a much larger "Alternative" music scene in Athens Georgia which is where the B-52s, R.E.M. and a bunch of others came from. There is a big university there so College Radio sort of stuff is all around. I was really glad to see Sevendust get a record deal when it finally happened since they were a great live band even way back and had more than earned a shot.
