John Frusciante Style Lesson, Lesson By Gabriel Leopardi |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi man! Congratulations on your first REC take!! I'm proud.
You are doing a good job with this lesson. The 3 things that I think you must improve on this one are timing, bending and dynamics. Timing: There are many phrases that sound different compared with my lesson (ex: 00:05, 00:22). Practice the lesson over my playing and try to imitate the timing of each phrase. Bending: You are not reaching the correct pitch in some of your bends, and most of them don't sound consistent. I recommend to start working on this lesson. HERE Dynamics: There are some sections where you play the notes too soft, you should try to get a more consistent picking. (ex: 00:20). Work on these things and you will get a 10 soon! Keep on the hard work. -------------------- My lessons
