Time to celebrate Easter for us here in Romania, so, I wish you a great holiday and all the best, lots of health and luck, if you are celebrating too, regardless of where you might be!

Cheers to all!

Cosmin

Okay I had to check Wikipedia. So Romania is mainly Orthodox country.
We had our Easter in 29.3-1.4.

Don't eat too much chocolate eggs wink.gif

Thank you guys!

@Sinisa - He was truly resurrected! If my answer makes any sense in English smile.gif

@Weepee - yes mate, this is mainly an Orthodox country and as weird as it may seem, this year the gap between the Catholic Easter and the Orthodox one was pretty big - more than a month.

So that you guys might have a glimpse of what a grandma can do:

I'm afraid that only a piece is left, which by the way... is on my plate with a cup of coffee as we speak wink.gif

It is called 'Pasca' and it's a sort of cheese and raisins pie, traditionally baked during Easter - it's D-licious and my grandma is an artist when it comes down to preparing it biggrin.gif

That's usually the way my luck goes. wink.gif Thanks for sharing this. I actually love to cook when I have the time & just may try this. I had to look up dry curd/farmer's cheese but my wife is of Italian line of cooks & knew what dry curd was & how to make it if we can't find it.

Slav, yours looks amazing too!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter celebration! smile.gif
