Which one did you get??? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I have listened to the recording - as I always say, you clearly have a thing for this music smile.gif And Breakin Benjamin happens to be one of my all time favorite bands. Now, please listen to your recording and notice the timing slips smile.gif I think that if you fix things in places such as the first beat in the beginning of the song, when all the instruments enter together, you will have a most excellent cover version of this tune! Why don't you choose this one to start with when working with your drummer friend? smile.gif

A drummer who I met surprised me.
He has asked to withdraw a studio to record drumtrack and pay money.
I am sure that every job should be paied but I think that this is not the case.
)
So, I am searching for a drummer )

He wanted YOU to pay?

Hmm, that's not cool smile.gif So, you got the McCarty biggrin.gif Dude... you have one hell of a guitar! AWESOME! And the tune sounds great - a few rigid moments here and there, but if you practice it some more it will be smooth!

Tell me about the guitar, how did you get it, how much, how does it feel? biggrin.gif

With pleasure.
)
I could not find PRS shops in Russia.
So, I found a man who lives in USA and he helped me.
Yes,it's very expensive. I am crazy))) I know.
It is one of the most expensive things in my life.
And I would not buy it if my wife supported me.
It costs 4k$ but this guitar is very impressive with an unbelievable sound.
Well, I can compare with Jackson RR1T and ESP Horizon NT.
It would be wrong to say that PRS is better. It is different.
PRS sound is special.
I would like to recommend it for low tuning and for standart tuning and practically for all styles.

Your wife must really love you biggrin.gif

Mate, PRS guitars are as great as they are expensive indeed! I love the tone and I am sure it plays like butter! biggrin.gif

I congratulate you on getting such an exquisite instrument and trust me I felt the progress in the legato take biggrin.gif it's ALMOST there, some of the shifts could be smoother, but otherwise, it's going good smile.gif Time and focused practice will get this one where it should be!

Regarding the Voice - I can notice the improvement and the fact that in the first part you definitely had more focus on the pitches. Please try to record over the original version to feel the differences, especially in what regards pitches when bending. It will shed a lot of light on things, trust me wink.gif That is the biggest issue so far, so if you nail the bends, the rest should be just a matter just time spend well practicing and slowly learning to feel things!

https://www.dropbox.com/s/eifcqw62o3stcuc/t...0guitar%209.m4a

I hope I will pass the exam in a couple days.))
This is a very cool lesson, really.
I am starting to feel something.
Thanks a lot)))
But my fingers, I suppose they will be recovered soon)))
It is not a problem,I am in a very good mood and want more))

I would like to learn
http://youtu.be/H5tEnUCSkuY
It is a very difficult thing but very beautiful.
I am not sure that it will be soon and I am ready.
I will try.

Wow, I like the roundness, precision and confidence of this guy's playing! He is very good!

Indeed, there's a lot of techniques that you can't yet use at full throttle, mate! But be patient as they will come in time wink.gif

About the Voice - mate, please check if the guitar is in tune next time, because it was a little bit detuned now.. There are still a lot of bends that need your attention. This is not an easy lesson at all so don't worry smile.gif Now, I was curious, when you bend - you are using your wrist, right? smile.gif

Slowly but surely! smile.gif As I said before a lot of times, you are only competing against yourself - when you are the one who is rushing impatiently wink.gif If you win the battle with yourself, you are truly a great warrior smile.gif A great warrior with a hell of a PRS guitar!

Howdy man!

Wow, you are taking your guitars with you on business trips biggrin.gif Very good! You are an example for people stating that they are too busy traveling and that they can't practice because of that.

As for the recording - the number of pitches that are not being reached when bending is lesser and lesser - very good! but now you had a little bit of trouble with timing, in respect to some notes that are being held for too long. Have you tried to record over the original recording as I have suggested?

Hey man!! biggrin.gif Welcome back!

I see the Legato lesson is a bit better - the shifts are almost there smile.gif There's still work to do, so please focus on nailing all the notes when shifting the positions, ok?

The voice of your guitar - as a a general observation:

- the first part has all the notes with correct pitches, but please take care of the note lengths
- the second part still has some pitches you need to correct
- the third part is a bit shaky in respect to the note lengths and the pitches - please try to focus on this one
- the fourth part has the same observations as in the third

Now all in all, you have progressed, but there's still a lot of work to do smile.gif Keep rocking mate!

Hi, Cosmin.
the more I listen to you then more I start to feel.
I am playing in a very slow temp(60) until the arm starts to turn to stone.
But I am starting to feel every note.
I think I am near.

Hey mate!

Happy Easter to you too! Wow - indeed great progress on the legato - you only had one single slightly missed shift - 0:19 smile.gif GREAT WORK!! You are almost there! Your patience and determination is exemplary!

There is still work to be done in respect to 'the voice' lesson - basically there are still some bends that need to be taken care of as they don't reach the desired pitch and moreover, the little bends in the beginning smile.gif You keep forgetting about those wink.gif Have you noticed them?

Keep rocking man!

Cosmin
