Some quotes and testimonial vids would be great. I would love that and would definitely share them on the website and facebook, and everywhere. And quotes anybody is willing to provide would be great too!

Hopefully your new picks will be there soon Cosmin.

I'll write my thoughts down as soon as they arrive! Can't wait either biggrin.gif I bombarded my friends with your picks biggrin.gif

I"ve been doing the same thing ever since the first one showed up. I just LOVE these so It's impossible for me not to gush about them at every opportunity smile.gif

I just shipped some off to the guy from DAEMONESS guitars to see what he thinks about them as well. These picks have gone to Europe, The States, etc. They are really making the rounds!

These picks are now international! biggrin.gif Officially arrived in my hands right here in the Middle East smile.gif I LOVE my invader pick, this is probably THE BEST pick I have ever played with in my short time of playing guitar, and is possibly the best pick I will ever play with, I don't think any other pick can surpass these cool.gif

EDIT: I'd like to add that pinch harmonics have never been easier for me smile.gif I don't know how, its probably because of the grip holes, but it fits really easily between my thumb and finger in a way that I don't have to change its position for doing pinch harmonics smile.gif

VON PICKS ARE GOING GLOBAL!!!!! smile.gif

These really are awesome picks. Pinch harmonics are easier, the pick seems to be doing more of the work so my hands don't get fatiqued even playing at speed for extended periods. The tone is THICK and Bright at the same time and the grip is brilliant.

Also, Playing and 8 or even a 7 with a standard pick is begging to ruin the pick. smile.gif These can handle my 8 string guitars with ease and not even flinch.

Go Von!!

Todd

Still haven't shown up yet? Must be soon. The first batch took awhile to though right? I can't remember how long.

Global is right. So cool to see. I have been thinking of putting up a world map and tacking off where I have sent picks. So amazing all the different countries. Romania, Denmark, France, New Zealand, Pakistan, and others I am drawing a blank on at the moment.

Had not thought of the differences in the heavier string gauges. They do handle my low B well on my 7. I love the tone it brings out of that.
And also my acoustic sounds so much brighter.

I have also refined some of the process a bit so I have been able to make at least the thinner ones much quicker. Which means that I will be able to offer them cheaper when I get more up for sale. I know price has been an issue for some, so I am excited about this.

Thank you Sam!! I will add it in. No worries on the video. I'm the same way. smile.gif

And if anybody else has any comments they want to contribute officially on the record. That would be great.

I want to thank Von Hotch for the extraordinary picks he has sent me biggrin.gif They are uber awesome and the new alloys are much more resistant!

There quite a lot of folks here in Romania asking about the picks, so... biggrin.gif

Color!!!!!! Powder coated picks. The powder coat really adds to the feel and grip. And I will be able to have them done in batches of just about any color!

Hey V-man - one feels somehow lighter - but I'll be damned if I can decide which one I like best!

Thanks Rich. I like to make those rings for all my guitars. There's something about plastic parts that bug me. laugh.gif

Ha ha. They are both a definite improvement. GregH told me that the 7075 is the only alloy that rings. Which is pretty cool. You can hold a sheet and tap it and it really rings out like a pitch fork or something. The picks are a bit to small to ring, but just something about that fact that makes me like the 7075 maybe just a bit better. smile.gif Probably all in my head though. Just think its cool to use a metal that makes music to make a pick to make music. tongue.gif

But the 2024 works very well also. smile.gif

Finally got a weekend to finish up my review and video comparison for Mr VonHotch! Interesting to hear the difference between aluminium and normal materials - not as stark as you might have imagined, which is quite good, since guitarists are soooo traditional most of the time. Check it out!

Great article man! I couldn't've said it better myself:

What I really liked about them was the fact that they added a little presence and “zing” to the tone… but not too much so as to be overpowering. Just a hint of extra top end sizzle.
