I've bought this book by a month ago and it really changed the way I see guitar playing and, of course, music learning.

The book has no exercises or technic stuff, it's a meeting between 2 men, a bass player and an unknown guy, appearing from nowhere, who will teach him all he knows about music. A 'music philosophy'.

Great stuff and if you can read it, do it !

Victor Wooten is an awesome teacher with a very unique view on the music.
I heard good things about this book and hope to get a chance to read it it. There is also an audio book version of this one which features some great playing and music.
