Thought I'd share this amazing vid with you guys - of course, starring the one and only Guthrie, alongside Bryan Beller and Marco Minnemann!

This looks awesome, looking forward to seeing this DVD. Guthrie's guitar playing is always great.

Oooo, very nice - will you buy the tracks? I'd order the DVD honestly speaking, as it sounds more musical than the last Aristocrats material. I love watching the guys perform, but I don't think that the old material has any catchy melodies - I mean those silly lines that stay in your head for days.

The face Guthrie does at about min 02:05 is priceless...

Nah I probably won't get the backings, but I feel as you do about the material on this one compared to the last, so I will probably get the DVD as well. Yeah that's some good guitar face there at 2:05 till the end, like he is shaking the notes out of his head. smile.gif

Great band! We're hoping to bring Guthrie in for a workshop at my Uni this year, would be amazing if we could get him around!

DO IT! In 2009 I attended a clinic he held in Bucharest and the dude said everything important about guitar playing in about 30 minutes laugh.gif I got the same extremely good energy from him, as I had from Steve Vai, Andy Timmons and Brett Garsed - listening to these guys speak, can boost your every energy cell sky high!

He has these weird moments biggrin.gif I remember an older recording where he is playing Fives - that tune from the Erotic Cakes album:

Check out the beginning and you'll see what I mean wink.gif
