> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Jazz Blues Solo by Stephane Lucarelli

Hey Stephane Thanks so much for this inspiring solo. Your phrasing, technique, expression and lines are outstanding. It took my full attention for the last 3 days! Now that's what I came up with. Thanks again. Bjoern

Mate.. great playing and tone! I think there's nothing to add here - if I close my eyes I can feel like I am listening to a vintage vinyl biggrin.gif

Very good take! Almost perfect. When I played it for the first time I had a feeling that something happend in the last second - i mean the timming, rhythm issue. Great tone and the way You fit Your picking strength and right hand placement for this precise kind of playing! Great work smile.gif
