I'm not sure if your country has the same law, but in Australia we have a law that says that if a seller doesn't send an item, or it's faulty, we have a legal right to get a refund, regardless of the seller's refund policy. I'd have a look into it dude.

That sounds very good. This doesn't happen here, I think that there aren't laws like that in Argentina.
