Hey GMC'ers,

I was browsing the internet and stumbled across this deal by IK Multimedia. I personally really like this company and basically, the deal is, if you buy one virtual instrument, you get 4 others for free! Furthermore, the virtual instruments are 50% off! Crazy!

Check it out: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/vigb/

Not a whole lot for €55. Virtual instruments can be great though and I'm sure many musicians have used them in their music smile.gif

You're right man, also a lot more flexibility. I don't see a way of getting orchestral sounds to Moog synths for €55. wink.gif Escpecially when you can switch from one to the other with one click.

You're right. I took Gabriel's question to mean heavy guitar riff-based rock. But, as Chris shows, a talented musician will do great things with an instrument, and it doesn't matter if it's virtual or not smile.gif.

You can certainly make VSTs sound very realistic. They are real samples as well after all though.
