A lot of people have told me that they are not sure if their messages have been sent. There's this little box which you need to tick before sending each message, so that the message will be saved in your 'Sent Items' folder smile.gif

I wonder if there's some setting to change this permanently or if it saves the "setting" for new messages. I know I was one of the ones wondering if my messages had been sent.

There is also an option "Track this message" if you would like to get a notification when user reads your message.
